Nature Photography Day is an annual event, happening on the 15th June. Established by the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA) in 1994 by over 100 nature photography enthusiasts, the mission behind this great day is to help make people aware of their photography and the fragility of the subjects of their work. We all know that sustainability and renewability is of great importance at the moment - and any occasion that puts the spotlight on nature and encourages us to look after our planet can only be a good thing.
Here at Duffield we’re committed to looking after the environment in any way we can - from working with certified vendors to adhering to our own minimum standard environmental policy and much more in between. We know all too well how important our environment is - and how beautiful it can be when we look after it adequately. So what better way to celebrate Nature Photography Day than to get out there and take some pics of the scenery around us? Grab any old camera and get out there! Whether your adventure includes visiting a local park or making a bigger trip - go and get a picture. Remember - nature can be found anywhere.
